What we do
We found a company in each sector and run each one. Each company serves the banks, hospitals, schools or operators of its sector.
All the companies run on one technology base that we build once: identity, payments, data and the Arabic language. A new company starts on these four.
We collect the least data a service needs, protect what we collect and do not sell it.
We design in Arabic first, then add English.
How we work
Before we build
We start with one sector and sit with its people to learn how it works, where it stalls and what they need.
While we build
We build the company with operators from the sector itself, on the shared technology instead of from scratch.
After launch
We stay with what we launch. We measure results, fix what needs fixing and say what did not work.
